A very close friend of mine for more than a decade now drew some pictures of myself. I put the original pictures next to her drawings. I think she has talent. Just don’t try telling her that. Click on the pictures to see the full size.
Thank you, I appreciate the thought. I’m not going anywhere. You don’t have to worry about that.
Erasus Crew is more than just a street racing crew to me, this is my family. I founded Erasus with several other people more than a decade ago shortly after moving to the Gold Coast. We’ve definitely come a long way and had many ups and downs. I’m proud to be part of this incredible, talented and unique family.
Over time I’ve heard many different theories of life. This is mine..
We’re all a part of something much bigger and greater than us. We’re a part of this chain which makes ‘life’ as we know it. And we don’t know the direct answer to what that is because we cannot comprehend it in our human imaginations. For all we know, the answer could be staring us right in the face.
The example I imagine is much like we see DNA under a microscope. How it twists and twirls around with all it’s complex and unique properties. It is a small part of what makes us, humans. So when you think of everything you see with your eyes on a day to day basis, everything including yourself is simply a part of something much greater – just like DNA.
While many people indulge in alcohol and food over the next several weeks due to it being Christmas, this is when I usually tend to work out the hardest and get myself into extremely good shape for the coming year. This is when I choose to make new plans, possibly start new business ventures and even try to get a different outlook on life in general.
Why now? I’m not sure. I guess I hate being part of the crowd. When I see everyone celebrating, I usually sneak out the back door and plot my next move. Plus, not really a big fan of Christmas. Seems very generic.
Having said that, Merry Christmas to you all, and I hope you have a great new year. Remember, with greatness comes hard work. Rome was not built in one day!
This is my father Heinrich Stettin. He was and in spirit still is an incredible person. He was part of the German navy for many years until relocating to the United States of America. It was there that he joined the American army. Finally when he was done with the army he worked for IBM in New York City for 11 years before moving to his final destination (Australia). He passed away 3 years ago to MND (Motor Neurone Disease). He was first diagnosed with it when I was in my late teens. He was told, like many that he had several months to live at best. He fought MND for over 10 years until it finally caught up with him. He was a fighter right until the end. R.I.P Dad.
I remember 15 years ago give or take a year or two I was somewhat of a rebel. And of course I’m still defined a rebel today due to my involvement in the street racing scene.
I found this old old picture of myself from when I had long black (obviously dyed) hair.
Many things have changed since those days, but strangely enough I still feel the same way I have always felt. Only now with more life experience.
Purchased a new car, the Mitsubishi Evolution VII RS. This is an extremely fast car as it is, and with the modifications and custom tune this machine is second to none.
Ever wondered what 30k AUD looks like? What can I say, life is good 😉
